Job Description

Job DescriptionAre you looking for a job that gives you the chance to make a positive impact and brighten the lives of others? Do you take pride in your work and feel a connection to the people you care for? Would you like the ability to get paid early, even every day?

Many of our current employees have gone back to school, which means we have some open positions! We are looking for experienced and caring Resident Assistants or CNAs who are able to pass medication in a Wisconsin CBRF (completed the CBRF Medication Administration class or a WI CNA certified as a medication tech) for our AM or PM shift.

Yes, everybody's hiring, so why should you apply with us?

  • We've been providing care to the elderly for over 100 years and plan to be here for the next 100!
  • We try to hire the best of the best, and hold all staff to our high standards, which means you'll be working with people who are as dedicated and caring as you!
  • Early access to wages, including daily pay, is available.
  • We have a wide variety of flexible pool programs, allowing you to choose the wages and number of hours that are right for you.
  • Pool program RA wages (depending on program selected) earn $15 - $17/hr on weekdays, and $20 - $24/hr on weekends.
  • Are you a Wisconsin CNA in good standing? Make up to $4 per hour more than the listed wages! (Does not apply to expired or out of state certifications.)
  • We are part of OSHA's elite SHARP program because we take your health and safety seriously. You'll always have the equipment you need to do your job safely.
  • Unlike many CBRFs, you'll be working under the direct supervision of a nurse, so if you're a WI CNA you'll be able to keep your certification up to date.
  • We maintain great staffing levels - we pride ourselves on providing high quality individual care, not just filling beds and hiring bodies.
  • We're a non-profit facility, owned by the Carmelite Sisters. Our mission is to treat our residents and staff with care and respect.
  • We have separate departments for laundry, housekeeping, and dietary, allowing you to concentrate on what you love - caring for our residents!
  • You'll receive in-depth paid training.
  • We have a generous employee assistance program for you and your immediate family, plus workplace Chaplain services to help you get through tough times in life.

If this all sounds good to you, and you’re a caring, dependable person who loves to make your residents AND co-workers smile, apply today!

Please note - you must be able to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver background check.

We are an equal opportunity employer.
