Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications (U.S. & international)

  • Draft, file, and track USPTO and foreign filings (PCT, provisional, utility, etc.)

  • Coordinate with foreign counsel and manage filings across jurisdictions

  • Maintain attorney dockets and IP asset portfolios

  • Assist with trademark screening and ownership searches

  • Support litigation, licensing, and enforcement matters

  • Draft legal correspondence, agreements, and audit materials

  • Provide general legal administrative support

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 4+ years of IP paralegal experience in a law firm setting

  • One of the following preferred:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Paralegal certificate or associate’s in paralegal studies

    • CLA (Certified Legal Assistant) designation

  • Proficiency in USPTO & foreign IP processes

  • Experience with IP docketing software

  • Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
