Job DescriptionResponsibilities Include:

Prepare and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications (U.S. & international)

Draft, file, and track USPTO and foreign filings (PCT, provisional, utility, etc.)

Coordinate with foreign counsel and manage filings across jurisdictions
-
Maintain attorney dockets and IP asset portfolios
-
Assist with trademark screening and ownership searches
-
Support litigation, licensing, and enforcement matters
-
Draft legal correspondence, agreements, and audit materials
-
Provide general legal administrative support
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
4+ years of IP paralegal experience in a law firm setting
-
One of the following preferred:
-
Bachelor's degree
-
Paralegal certificate or associate’s in paralegal studies
-
CLA (Certified Legal Assistant) designation
-
-
Proficiency in USPTO & foreign IP processes
-
Experience with IP docketing software
-
Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
-
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently
