Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $85-90K base + 10% attorney fee compensation plan OR $115-125K base total comp.

We are looking for an Attorney with experience in Personal Injury Law and providing exceptional advocacy for clients to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with clients and grow your career in the legal space.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle personal injury cases, from intake to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and litigate when necessary to secure client compensation.
- Work closely with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases.
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout the process while providing legal guidance
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years experience as an Attorney
- 2+ years experience as a Personal Injury Attorney
- Juris Doctor Degree
- Active Georgia Bar License
- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
