Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis, primarily in estate and trust law
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and trust agreements
- Coordinate with clients and third parties to gather and manage documentation
- Maintain organized case files and records
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate case progress
Qualifications and Skills
- Paralegal certificate or degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in estate/trust law and real estate law
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $26.00-$27.00 Hourly
