LHH is partnering with a prominent law firm in Tampa, FL, to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support its Commercial Litigation Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and case management support to litigation attorneys

  • Assist with drafting, proofreading, and finalizing legal documents and correspondence

  • Handle electronic court filings in state, federal, and appellate courts

  • Maintain and organize confidential client records, case files, and legal documentation

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences

  • Conduct intake procedures, conflict checks, and assist with time entry and billing processes

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a litigation legal assistant or legal secretary role required

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems

  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail, grammar, and spelling

  • Effective communicator with strong client service orientation

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented, high-volume environment

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
