Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Rental Coordinator / Retail Associate to join our front counter team. This position involves interacting with customers in person and over the phone, assisting with equipment rentals, processing transactions, and helping customers with retail purchases. Candidates must be available to work one Saturday each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Answer phone calls and provide information about rentals and services
- Create, modify, and close rental reservations
- Create work orders for customer-owned equipment
- Process transactions and check out customers
- Sell equipment and retail items from the showroom
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and use rental software (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply—being able to communicate with a diverse customer base is a plus
