Shop Technician (Hydraulics, Body Installation & Light Electrical)

We are seeking a skilled Shop Technician to join our team! This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in hydraulics, body installation, welding, and light electrical work who is looking to grow with a professional, safety-focused company.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and repair hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, PTOs, wet line kits).
• Install truck bodies (flatbeds, dump bodies, and more).
• Perform welding, grinding, and fabrication using shop tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair light electrical systems (wiring, switches, lights, basic circuits).
• Interpret and work from hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Ensure safety and quality on every job.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and shop equipment.
• Experience with welding, body installation, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a physically active shop environment.
• A team player with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Must pass a drug test.
