Job DescriptionAre you passionate about personal growth, community impact, and helping others reach their full potential? We’re looking for a driven, organized go-getter to join our Sales Team as a Program Director—the front line of our mission to change lives through martial arts.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the face and voice of the school—engaging with leads, parents, and students to drive enrollment and retention

  • Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling using proven systems

  • Support school growth through community outreach, events, and strategic marketing efforts

  • Assist with new member onboarding and ensure smooth administrative processes

  • Collaborate with instructors to align programs with member goals and school standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience (required)

  • Excellent communicator with a polished, professional presence

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through

  • Dependable, punctual, and health-conscious with high personal standards
