We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on Injection molding and Rotational machinery, systems, electrical components, and building structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality.

• Identify and resolve issues related to facility maintenance and safety.

• Conduct routine inspections of systems and infrastructure.

• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (Technical certification or associate degree is a plus).

• Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or related field.

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Must be proficient in Spanish/English

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Injection molding machines and/or Rotational machines

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR SETTING
