Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Materials Management Department on a 0.25 FTE basis in the role of Materials Management Technician. This position is responsible for delivering&nbsp;supplies and equipment to patient care areas efficiently, accurately, and punctually and ultimately returns them for reprocessing or disposal.....
POSITION SUMMARY
Delivers supplies and equipment to patient care areas efficiently, accurately, and punctually and ultimately returns them for reprocessing or disposal.&nbsp; Maintains adequate supply levels in all patient care areas as directed by protocol.&nbsp; Generates a daily restocking report and returns supplies to respective departments.&nbsp; Collects used equipment and soiled instruments for cleaning, sterilization and packaging. Assist with physical counts of inventory and equipment on a periodic basis.&nbsp;
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical/surgical supplies helpful.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Computer experience required.</li>
</ul>
FTE: 0.25 Shift:&nbsp;Monday-Friday (various days)&nbsp;8:00am-4:00pm. Rotating Saturday hours (4 hours per month)&nbsp;
