Overview:
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic with 5+ years in commercial building maintenance (not residential). Role involves HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and facility support for the Bryant Building and related offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.

• Conduct facility inspections (interior/exterior), coordinate with contractors, and ensure janitorial standards.

• Support office relocations, furniture assembly, and security system maintenance.

• Remain On-Call for after-hours maintenance or emergencies.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 5+ years in commercial building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).

• Ability to read blueprints, take accurate measurements, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Proficiency with tools, equipment, and basic computer skills.

• Must pass Level 2 background and MVR check.

• Strong English communication skills.
