Our rapidly growing firm seeks a skilled litigator to join our talented team in our Alexandria office.

  • Competitive compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base salary plus performance bonuses and end-of-year bonus potential

The Role


You will directly impact clients' lives by:


  • Representing clients in MSPB and EEO proceedings
  • Litigating cases before the EEOC and in District Courts
  • Leading depositions and navigating cases through summary judgment
  • Applying expertise in Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and FLSA


The Ideal Fit


You are a strategic problem-solver who:


  • Takes initiative and thrives under pressure
  • Manages multiple priorities effectively
  • Works collaboratively with attorneys and other team members
  • Excels at client counseling, guiding them through difficult workplace situations to a Phoenix moment
  • Crafts compelling demand letters that achieve favorable pre-litigation resolutions
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (federal sector experience preferred, but not required)


Virginia Bar license preferred. We will consider candidates willing to waive in. Maryland and DC Bar admissions are a plus. Labor and Employment litigation experience highly valued.
