Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Tamil-Speaking Customer Support Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our Tamil-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Tamil via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
