KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage workload

Works collaboratively and cooperatively with others

High degree of professionalism and the ability to exercise good judgment

Case management experience
-
Familiarity with Colorado Courts E-Filing (formerly ICCES) filing procedures

Ability to assist with drafting of pleadings, financial statements, discovery requests and responses, and notices
-
Ability to assist with preparation for hearings, mediations and trials
5 years of paralegal experience required. Family law and/or estate planning and probate experience a plus.
Pay range $60,000 - $70,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced study in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Proficiency in document review and management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
