- Schedule: Day Shift –7am to 3:30pm for twelve weeks of training

Job DescriptionAre you mechanically inclined and eager to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment? Our client in Medina is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to support their growing production of bolts, nuts, and screws. This role involves operating and maintaining industrial machinery with a focus on quality control. If you’re ready to build a stable career in a company that values initiative and provides paid training, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Operate Heading and/or Bolt making equipment (Cold Forming, Tapping, Threading)
- Utilize measurements and test equipment to ensure product quality
- Record statistical process control (SPC) data
- Perform basic machine setup and minor maintenance
- Operate powered industrial trucks as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- 12 weeks of full machine training provided
- Willingness to perform other assigned duties and support team goals
