Established (15+ years) Full-Service Law Firm Seeking Pre-Litigation Attorney - Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite
An established, high-volume law firm with over 15 years in practice is seeking multiple Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorneys licensed in Maryland, Virginia, or Indiana to join their growing team. The firm is open to training attorneys from other practice areas who are looking to transition into pre-litigation plaintiff personal injury. This is a high-volume, commission-based opportunity with base pay during onboarding.
Offer:
Salary range: $85,000-$100,000 annually for the first 3-6 months, then transition to full commission (most attorneys transition before 6 months)
Commission structure: 10% of attorney fees up to $1 million in settlements, increasing to 15% after $1 million
Average annual earnings: $200,000-$300,000+ once off base
Fully remote, hybrid, or in-office setup available
Support from experienced paralegals to help manage caseloads
Collaborative team environment with strong case volume
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing in Maryland, Virginia, or Indiana
Pre-litigation plaintiff personal injury experience preferred, but not required - training available
Strong auditing, demand drafting, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Responsibilities:
Audit and review cases to ensure quality and efficiency
Draft and send demands to insurance companies
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage case volume
Deliver high-quality client service while driving results
Help build and strengthen the pre-litigation department during restructuring
