Job Title:&nbsp; Molding Supervisor Location:&nbsp; Long Beach Pay:&nbsp;$22.00 to $27.00 (depending on experience)&nbsp;/&nbsp;Job Class:&nbsp;Temp-to-Hire Summary:&nbsp;&nbsp;The Molding Supervisor needs to be highly organized, leading staff, and manager daily production needs. Essential Functions:

<li>Manage day-to-day operations </li>
<li>Maintain Open Order Report and ensure OTD targets are completed</li>
<li>Order and track material for future projects</li>
<li>Lead daily meetings and update leadership</li>
<li>Resolve production issues</li>
<li>Keep team on task and accountability</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Meet ITAR Requirement</li>
<li>Experience in Lead, Coordinator, or Supervisor role in manufacturing</li>
<li>Good organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Using computer systems to track production and materials</li>
<li>Familiarity with molding, plastics, or silicone manufacturing</li>
<li>Experience working with open order reports or production tracking tools</li>
