Job DescriptionLHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a dynamic Tampa-based team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to attorneys, maintain a strong understanding of litigation practice areas, and ensure exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in commercial litigation matters

Prepare and file documents in Federal and state courts

Maintain organized case files and track deadlines

Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents

Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth case management

Utilize document management systems to organize and manage case materials
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, including Federal court filings

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to problem-solve and prioritize multiple tasks

Exceptional client service skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with document management systems is a plus
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
