The Facilities Coordinator will provide comprehensive facility management services, ensuring continuous monitoring of office and facility operations. This role involves addressing client inquiries and concerns with timely resolution and service delivery, following up to ensure customer satisfaction, and responding to facility inquiries and complaints by assessing problems and taking corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Address customer concerns and ensure issue resolution.
- Assess issues and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with outside contractors to ensure work is completed.
- Follow building-specific maintenance and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customer, employees, and vendors.
- Participate in building inspections.
- Create, assign, and monitor work orders.
- Request, review, and submit proposals.
- Verify invoice submission and payment.
- Assess vendor performance.
- Schedule and document facility repairs.
- Provide training of processes and procedures to new hires.
- Coordinate and plan for customer events.
- Assist with measuring and evaluating key performance indicators.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year facilities maintenance/management experience.
- 1+ year customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in coordinating projects with vendors/sub-vendors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
- Associates degree is a plus.

Work Environment
Responsible for the oversight and maintenance of four large buildings in the Milwaukee area. The work environment is both office and shop-based, with a first shift schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
