Job Description
- Design medical air compressor and vacuum system.
- Create engineering drawings for the engineer's submittal packages, including 3D system drawings and piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID)
- Develop R&D air compressor and vacuum system per instructions from engineers
- Communicate with production to gain design feedback or support production activities
- Support other departments including technical support team and quotation team
- Prepare room layout diagram for the customers with limited space on-site to help layout the equipment and make sure all mandatory maintenance clearance is met
Skills Required
- Fast-learning ability and the willingness to learn is a must
- Attention to details is a must
- Experience in Inventor or Solidworks 3d CAD software is a must.
- Experience with AutoCAD 2D is an asset
- Knowledge of electrical components is an asset.
- Previous experience in mechanical drafting and design is an asset
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
