Role Summary
We’re hiring experienced full-time Mechanics to join our team. These shop and field roles focus on repairing hydraulic and electrical systems on drilling equipment. A strong commitment to safety and a collaborative attitude are essential.
Compensation Range: $25.00–$50.00 Per Hour (Dependent on Experience)
Overtime is common and occasionally required, with advance notice provided.
Basic Qualifications
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team setting
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks that require crawling, reaching, and climbing
• Commitment to safety with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace while prioritizing tasks effectively
• Knowledge of proper safety practices for hand and power tools
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions when required
Compensation Range (Dependent on Experience)
Level 1 – $25-30 Per Hour
Great starting point for early-career mechanics
1–2 years of experience in electrical repair
Recent graduates with training on heavy equipment and/or hydraulics will be considered
Level 2 – $30–$35 Per Hour
For mechanics ready to take on more responsibility
3–5 years of hands-on hydraulic and electrical repair experience
Level 3 – $35–$40 Per Hour (rate varies depending on shop or field assignment) Advanced-level role with 6+ years of experience
Preferred background working with drilling rigs and support equipment
Ability to operate independently in the field without daily supervisor support
Level 4 – $40–$50 Per Hour (rate varies depending on shop or field assignment)
Expert-level role for highly skilled mechanics
6+ years of hydraulic and electrical mechanic experience
Able to perform all mechanic duties in both shop and field settings without oversight from the maintenance supervisor
Preferred background working with drilling rigs and support equipment (example: mud systems, generators, compressors) is required
