What will you do as a Swim Instructor?

• The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner. This position is specifically working with ages 4 months to 3 years old in group lessons with the parents involved.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts
• Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
• Ensure swimmer safety
  
  

What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor?

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you. MUST be comfortable with babies and willing to work with parents in the water during lessons.
• WSI certification optional
• Weekday and Saturday availability
• Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire
• Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.
