Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Main Banker to join our Cage Department team. In this role, you will serve as the supervisor for Cage Cashiers during the absence of the Cage Manager, while also performing standard cashier duties. This position requires exceptional accuracy when handling large sums of money, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Schedule

• Full-time graveyard shift position
• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Cage Cashiers during the Cage Manager's absence
• Perform all duties of a Cage Cashier including processing financial transactions
• Accurately handle, count, and reconcile large sums of money
• Promote positive customer relations and provide exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and casino policies
• Assist with training new team members as needed
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain security and confidentiality of all financial transactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of cash handling experience in commercial banking or casino environment
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership abilities
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Knowledge of gaming regulations preferred
