We're seeking assemblers with a mechanical background to join our client's team in Rochester, NH!
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling boilers from scratch on one of many product lines. Using hand and power tools, you will ensure each product meets high standards of quality. Cross-training on multiple stations and products is part of our practice, so you’ll gain valuable experience and skills in a variety of areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble boilers and related components using hand and power tools.
  • Follow safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
  • Cross-train on multiple stations and product lines.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Apply common sense and problem-solving skills to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

Desired Background/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dependability and flexibility, including the ability to work overtime as needed
