<p>Assist all operations needed to safely complete all rig operations </p>
<p>Qualifications: </p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work as needed both scheduled and unscheduled hours often out of town for extended periods </li>
<li>Oilfield experience preferred but not required </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Clean driving record, CDL preferred but not required </li>
<li>Ability to communicate and work with crew effectively </li>
</ul>
<p>Duties and Responsibilities: </p>
<ul>
<li>Safely assist in all aspects of workover rig operations as directed by the Supervisor and Operator </li>
<li>Cross-train to learn all areas of a workover hand </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Learn to communicate with the Supervisor and Operator as needed </li>
<li>Learn the safe operation of MSPSI ancillary equipment (catwalks, pumps, tongs, etc.) </li>
<li>Complete all assigned tasks in a safe manner </li>
<li>Develop a strong working relationship with the crew </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Keep up to date on all training offered by MSPSI </li>
</ul>
