Overview of an EZDB Administrative Assistant:
We offer dental billing solutions to offices throughout the United States, with our team utilizing specialized dental software, insurance websites, and the G-Suite platform to deliver comprehensive billing services such as eligibility verification, sending claims, posting checks, outstanding analyzing, accounts receivables, and patient billing to American dental offices. We will provide any necessary training and support.
Objectives:
- The dental billing specialist will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the provision of dental billing and insurance services for our clients.
- Process and submit dental claims to insurance companies.
- Post insurance payments
- Follow up on unpaid claims and manage accounts receivables.
- Handle billing and payment discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, and team members to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate patient billing records and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with dental billing policies and regulations.
- Effectively work independently and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Provide exceptional detail-oriented outcomes tailored to the specific requirements of the dental offices.
- Possess the ability to multitask and perform data entry tasks while maintaining the highest level of quality.
- Demonstrate the ability to generate spreadsheet reports and proactively address issues that may arise on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental billing or a related field.
- Proficient in dental billing software and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- English proficiency
- Hippa Knology
- Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with G-suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc);
- At least 200 MB of internet connection;
- Headset and webcam;
