This position is essential for supporting our Dutch-speaking clients in efficiently managing their events and optimizing their ticket sales. Your expertise in event services will empower clients to maximize their attendance and enhance the overall event experience.
In this role, you will provide personalized guidance to clients, assisting them through the ticketing process from event creation to sales monitoring. Your strong communication skills will help you build lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event services
- Guide clients through the setup process for their events and ticket sales
- Deliver training on platform features and best practices for effective event promotion
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance client operations
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve service offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in ticketing and event management
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Basic knowledge of online ticketing and event management principles is advantageous
- Friendly, customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering quality service
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service or related industries is a plus but not required
- A passion for event planning and ticketing technology is highly desirable
