Job DescriptionFabricatorJob Summary:
This position requires a construction or fabrication minded individual who can read prints and work on different types of materials. You will support a team of dedicated fabricators, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, detail oriented and like "thinking outside the box".

Proper use of hand/power tools

Must be able to lift 50lbs, work on feet for 8 hours

Work in all weather conditions

Must show up on time

Maintain work area, vehicles and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion

Perform maintenance on equipment to keep in a satisfactory working condition

Proficient in MIG, TIG, stick and service welding
-
Work multiple jobs and meet deadlines
-
Read blueprints
-
First Aid/CPR/AED Certified

OSH 10
Qualifications:
-
High school or equivalent is required
-
US work authorization is required
-
Valid driver’s license is required, CDL is a plus
-
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
-
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Demonstrate ability to work independently while also able to work in a team setting

Willing to work M-F with weekends and overtime when needed
-
Ability to use a variety of hand tools and all power tools
-
Ability to, or learn to operate heavy equipment, i.e., skid loader
