Summary

As an Energy Advisor at Meta Business Group, you will play a pivotal role in guiding commercial clients through their energy options while promoting sustainable solutions. This position is based in Illinois and offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of exceeding client expectations through exceptional service and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing immediate start dates!
  • Educate clients on energy solutions and services tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Engage in business-to-business sales efforts to promote energy services.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting direct marketing sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop effective promotional strategies for energy products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in energy solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the energy or related industries preferred but not required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with solar and energy sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
