Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Lead Production Operator (Food Manufacturing – Bottling/Brewing)
Location: Chelsea, MA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM or until finish
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Bilingual Lead Production Operator with a strong background in food manufacturing, preferably in bottling or brewing. This is a working lead role—not a desk job—requiring active participation on the production floor. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a production team to ensure smooth daily operations
Train team members on processes, safety, and quality standards
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with production specifications
Manage daily orders and coordinate packaging for shipment
Communicate effectively with Managers and Supervisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Adapt to a flexible schedule; shift ends when production is complete

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Proven experience in a leadership role within a food manufacturing environment
Experience in bottling or brewing is a strong plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours as needed
