Masterson Staffing has teamed up with our very valued client to hire a CNC Operator in Stanchfield, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire full-time dedicated workers.
Multiple Shifts:
Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Night Shift 3:300 pm – 12:00 am
Pay: DOE $20/Hr - $21/Hr
Paid Weekly!!
Job Summary:
To run production machines, to produce quality parts per customer specifications
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to communicate well with others to ensure proper flow of the line.
- Reliable
- Must be able to lift from floor to waist, and repetitive movements (hands/wrists)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe environment for self and others. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
- Run CNC Machines
- Inspect parts
- Complete reports
- Run jobs according to work instructions
- Keep the area clean and well organized.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Mechanical ability
- Basic understanding of shop math
- Basic micrometer and caliper usage skills
- Basic computer skills
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to communicate with a variety of people.
- Ability to handle stress
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a manufacturing setting where one is exposed to noise, heat, humidity, and cold
