We are seeking a Licensing Manager to join our team! You will be setting up our registrations in the States we work in. This includes:
Responsibilities:
- looking up what we need to be registered in that State
- Reading and following all of the guidelines to get us registered with all of the different departments in that State
- Setting up our online access to the State
- Filing the monthly and Quarterly reports that will need to be filed regarding Sales Tax, Total Sales for that month in that State and Payroll
- Keeping up with all 50 States folders and filings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields like filing of State paperwork
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
