Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in advising clients on insurance coverage matters, interpreting policy provisions, and representing clients in coverage disputes. This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive the best legal advice and representation regarding their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on various insurance coverage issues and policy interpretations.
- Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, including litigation and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client positions.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies for coverage disputes.
- Manage client relationships and provide updates on case progress and developments.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs related to coverage issues.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to enhance case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in insurance coverage law and litigation.
- Strong legal research skills and familiarity with case law and statutes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
- Client management experience and strong interpersonal skills.
