What Youll Do:
- Process and organize daily sales, deposit, and inventory reports from store locations
- Handle store paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and shift close reports
- Support store managers and district leaders with administrative needs and reporting
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and store data in our systems
- Communicate regularly with store teams to resolve issues and ensure documentation is complete
- Prepare internal reports for finance, operations, and compliance
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems and assist with audit prep
- Perform general office tasks such as scanning, data entry, and correspondence
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or admin training a plus)
- 12 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or retail support role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments
- Comfort working in a structured office setting with deadlines and shifting priorities
- Experience with retail back-office or POS systems is a bonus
Work Environment:
- Corporate office setting (not store-based)
- Standard weekday schedule
