Associate Attorney – $130,000.00 to $170,000.00/year – Stewart Manor, NY
The Role
Are you a skilled attorney with a strong background in personal injury and medical malpractice? Can you manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced legal environment? Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse medical records and case details.
- Draft, file, and argue motions and pleadings.
- Take and defend EBTs (Examinations Before Trial) of defendant doctors.
- Assist with trial preparation and participate as second chair in trials.
- Work with paralegals and other support staff to get the job done.

The Person
- A law degree and bar admission in good standing.
- 4-9 years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law.
- Strong writing and organizational skills, especially follow-up on tasks, projects and cases.
- Capable of independently managing case files.
- Experience in EBTs of defendant doctors and hospital personnel is necessary.
