What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership – Lead and inspire a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration, positivity, and purpose.

• Club Operations – Keep our facility running smoothly with tech-enabled systems and efficient workflows.

• Sales & Growth – Drive membership sales, personal training packages, and community engagement.

• Marketing & Outreach – Coordinate digital and in-person campaigns, partnerships, and events.

• ️‍ Fitness Support – Occasionally support with group classes or training to stay connected with members.
