Duties Include:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with their parts questions and service needs (either in-person or via telephone), providing recommendations, quotes, and assisting customers with the entire order process.
- Operate a cash register, computerized inventory and order entry system and process daily inventory and sales transactions to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the system.
- Full inventory management of parts, machines and chemicals; including purchasing, cycle counting and loss prevention strategies.
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule service work orders for the service technicians.
- Interface with venders and procure materials and inventory.
- Process the shipping and receiving of materials.
- Local pick-ups and deliveries.
- Contact customers to keep them informed on the status of their orders/service, and maintain an updated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Maintaining an attractive retail environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable employment experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Prior small engine repair and inventory management experience desired.
- Parts and/or Service Counter experience a PLUS
- Must possess exceptional customer service and communications skills. (verbal and written)
- Committed to excellent customer service.
- Excellent organization skills & detail oriented.
- Functional knowledge of MS Office products, Internet, and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software.
- Excited to learn new skills.
- Both pre-employment drug screen and background check are required for all applicants for this position.
