We call our caregivers Care Professionals (Care Pros) as they play a key role in the mission of building real, caring relationships and providing kind care that helps our clients stay healthy, safe, and happy at home.

What you'll do as a Care Professional:
Each clients care is individualize to them and their needs
- Fostering a relationship with the clients and helping the client feel safe
- Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence

What are the requirements:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Past experience as a caregiver providing personal cares preferred
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (commute)
- Must be 19 years of age
- Must be able to comfortably lift 25 pounds
- Adaptability to a variety of diverse situations
- Looking for growth professional and personally
Schedule Requirements:
- Work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- Maintain accurate availability and accept visits within your availability and staffing preferences
- For Care Pros working full-time (30+) hours, work at least one weekend or evening shift per week
