 Position Overview
In this pivotal role, the Precision Manufacturing Toolpath Developer will engage in duties that include:

<li>Deciphering intricate schematics and plans essential for machining activities.</li>
<li>Orchestrating production priorities alongside the Tool Room Manager and Supervisors.</li>
<li>Crafting sophisticated G-Code programs for CNC equipment through MasterCAM.</li>
<li>Leading and mentoring a team of fellow Programmers.</li>
<li>Collaborating with external vendors for advanced software and tooling requisitions.</li>
<li>Scheduling the operational flow and altering machinist assignments as necessary.</li>
<li>Engaging in project support focused on CNC enhancement and operator training initiatives.</li>
<li>Playing an active role in safety and supervisor meetings.</li>
</ul>
Proficiencies Required:

<li>Proven capabilities in CNC Programming and machining operations.</li>
