Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their Fortune 500 insurance client's dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing department supporting a broad range of legal and governance functions across the company and its subsidiaries.What You'll Do

Manage and maintain corporate records, minute books, and legal calendars for the company and affiliated entities.

Draft and prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, consents, and regulatory filings.

Support corporate governance initiatives, including conflict of interest programs and policy updates.

Assist attorneys with insurance filings, SEC documentation, and regulatory audits.

Coordinate special projects and provide flexible support across the legal department.
Who You Are
-
A seasoned paralegal with 5-7 years of corporate legal experience; in-house background preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with virtual collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Able to handle confidential information with discretion and collaborate effectively across teams.
