Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic services to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Assist in achieving departmental targets and objectives.

Educate patients and families on treatment goals and techniques.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve service delivery.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational therapy.

Experience/Qualifications

COTA certification and valid state license required for practice.
