Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle PIP cases from inception through trial and appeals, including depositions and court appearances.

Independently manage a full caseload in a time-sensitive, paperless environment.

Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and perform courtroom presentations.

Collaborate with support staff on administrative lawsuit handling.

Perform additional litigation-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Active law license and good standing with the Michigan State Bar.

2+ years of PIP litigation experience; first/third-party claim handling is a plus.

Proficiency with Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and litigation tech tools.

Strong advocacy, organizational, communication, and deposition/trial skills.
