About the Firm: A fast-paced and rapidly growing Fort Worth law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys in plaintiff-side insurance claims. If you have a strong background in mediations, depositions, and trial preparation, and thrive in a dynamic legal environment, we want to meet you. Responsibilities:

<li>Work directly with litigation attorneys on case strategy and execution</li>
<li>Draft pleadings, demand letters, discovery responses, and mediation briefs</li>
<li>Prepare for and support mediations, depositions, and trials</li>
<li>Organize exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and summarize findings</li>
<li>Maintain client communication and case updates</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff-side insurance litigation</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Texas civil procedure and insurance law</li>
<li>Proven expertise in mediations, depositions, and trial support</li>
<li>Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills</li>
<li>Paralegal certification preferred</li>
