We are seeking an Intake Attorney who will be responsible for managing incoming client inquiries, assessing their legal needs, and providing initial consultations. This role is crucial in building client relationships and ensuring a smooth transition into formal legal representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to assess legal needs and potential cases
- Evaluate documentation and information provided by clients for legal sufficiency
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients throughout the intake process
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure thorough understanding of cases
- Provide guidance and information about legal processes and expectations
- Utilize technology to track client interactions and case progress
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the intake process and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar licensure in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in personal injury law preferred
- Demonstrated sales skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal software and case management tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
