We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for a busy retail store. The ideal candidate must have previous warehouse inventory management experience. The position requires a valid FL Driver’s License and experience operating a forklift. Potential candidates must have a friendly disposition and positive attitude.
We are a drug-free workplace. A drug test is required to complete the application process. Candidates may be required to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
Position Requirements Include:
Must be self-motivated and exhibit good moral character, dependability, integrity, drive, and desire for success
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of computers and basic data entry skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Constant standing and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Valid FL Driver’s License
Duties Include:
Manage and coordinate daily operations in high-volume shipping/receiving warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing computerized inventory systems
Load and unload semi-trucks and maneuver pallets using forklift and pallet jack
Load materials to and from pallets and shelves by hand
Receive, process, label, and store incoming merchandise
Prepare, package, and distribute products, parts, and oils/lubricants to multiple locations accurately and efficiently
Utilize a variety of power tools including band saw, circular saw, and chop saw to cut various materials to size
Use lever action barrel pumps to fill gallon and quart size oil jugs
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment
Perform basic building maintenance and other duties as assigned
