The firm is known for its aggressive advocacy, client-centered approach, and consistent success in obtaining results for individuals injured due to the negligence of others. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact cases, collaborate with a passionate team, and play a critical part in helping clients get the justice they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload with an emphasis on personal injury matters (auto accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, etc.)

  • Draft, file, and manage legal documents including complaints, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, motions, and settlement demand packages

  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, medical appointments, mediations, and court hearings

  • Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, insurance correspondence, and related documentation

  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, case strategy, and client communications

  • Maintain up-to-date case files in the firm's case management system

  • Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law

  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes, especially pre-litigation and discovery

  • Proficiency with legal document drafting and case management software

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

What Sets This Opportunity Apart:

  • Work with a results-driven legal team that is committed to winning for its clients

  • Be part of a mission-focused firm that fights for the injured and holds wrongdoers accountable

  • Opportunity for growth within a dynamic and supportive environment

To Apply:
