Our firm, Roebuck Law Firm, is a rapidly growing, award-winning Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm in Las Vegas. We have grown approximately 275% per year since our inception. We provide exceptional customer service to our clients and are looking for a talented Attorney to join our team and oversee a case load of pre-litigation and litigation cases. Position Overview:

You must be licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada and have experience practicing law in the State of Nevada. Licenses to practice law in other states is a plus, as well as the ability to speak Spanish. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with an entrepreneurial-type spirit to join a firm where they can not only help grow the firm, but also work towards their own growth within the firm to potentially one day becoming a Partner. The ideal candidate would have a strong academic background, prior plaintiff personal injury law experience, a commitment to communicating with clients consistently and frequently, a commitment to winning cases, strong critical thinking skills to resolve issues on their own, a positive attitude, and a growth mentality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee cases from intake to disbursement.
  • Being able to spot issues in law, medicine, and case management and ideally resolve them on your own or bring it to the managing attorney's attention with proposed solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients, providing straightforward answers, and setting realistic expectations.Supervise and review the work of case managers and legal assistants to ensure we’re complying with our firm's core values.
  • Implementing and executing procedures to ensure compliance with the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct.
  • Assist in growing the firm through adapting to change, increasing effeciency, and assisting with business development efforts.
  • Serve as reliable support to the managing attorney and being capable of taking the lead when needed.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish and oversee support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong academic background.
