Position: Corporate Legal Assistant Practice Area: Mergers & Acquisitions Location: On-Site Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + Excellent Benefits
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Corporate Legal Assistant to join a team at a Pittsburgh law firm and support attorneys in the M&A practice. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all stages of corporate formations and organizations.

Support preparation for and closing of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and real estate deals.

Maintain corporate records and obtain necessary corporate documentation.

Draft, review, and file deeds for real estate transactions.

Assist attorneys with corporate governance filings and prepare related tax filings.

Initiate and manage all aspects of the dissolution process for for-profit and non-profit corporations.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in corporate law, transactional law, or legal assistant role preferred.

Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
