Starting Pay: Begin with $18.50-19 per hour, with an additional $1.50 for second shift.

Role Overview: Precision Workflow

• Engage with an array of machinery from presses to laser markers, ensuring each task meets expert quality standards.
• Employ visual and physical techniques, alongside precision instruments like micrometers, to affirm part quality.
• Leverage your experience in configuring machines, making meticulous adjustments, and documenting results for approval.
• Commit to regular machine inspections and adjustments to sustain optimal operation.

Who You Are:

• An individual with a high school diploma or GED readiness.
• Skilled in blueprint comprehension and experienced in the realm of manufacturing.
• An adept communicator capable of diagnosing and solving mechanical issues efficiently.
• Available to work designated hours: first shift begins at 7 AM and ends at 3:30 PM, with second shift from 3:30 PM until midnight.
