Whitemore James Black is presently assisting the boutique San Francisco office of a national law firm on their search for a Temporary Legal Secretary to join their firm as soon as possible. Our client has a sophisticated litigation and regulatory practice, and they are seeking a mid or senior level secretary to assist with an increase in workflow.

The role is initially anticipated to last about 2 months in duration. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The work is an in-office role, with the firm's offices being located in an easily accessible area in the financial district.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of litigation secretary experience. The ideal candidate will have experience filing with both state and federal courts. Though the firm has a Word Processing team, the ability to proof and create TOAs/TOCs is also sought after. Experience looking up standing orders is also requested.
